My portrait photos are for entrepreneurs, the self-employed and private individuals who are tired of posed and unnatural photos. They are for all people who want something special in their photos and are not in the mood for standard poses and “please smile”. People who want to see themselves authentically and unposed in photos, with all their rough edges.

Almost 9 out of 10 people find themselves unphotogenic. Nevertheless, you will find an expressive photo of everyone on my website. Because it’s not important whether you think you’re photogenic or not. What’s important is that I take a nice photo of you, right? Photogenic means nothing more than “easy to photograph.” That may be important for a model or an actor, but not for you. Because you don’t want to win a photo competition, you want a photo that shows you as you are. We can do that together. I promise!

First of all, the style of my photos. My visual language is unmistakable and only very few photographers in the German-speaking world offer this kind of photography.

There is no time pressure at my photo shoots, we take the time it takes to create your photos. Every person has a different pace and I adapt to your pace.

I make your personality visible in the photos. Because it’s not enough for me to simply take a well-lit photo of you that is well focused. I want to make a part of your personality visible, which makes my work unmistakable.

You look relaxed and authentic in my photos. Contrived and posed poses are not for me, nor are tense facial expressions. I make you look real and credible.

Most photo shoots take place in a studio in Leipzig. Some customers want photo shoots outdoors or at their location. We will find the right location for you together. I am also happy to come to your city.

During the photo shoot, I will show you the resulting shots from time to time. This allows us to decide whether we are on the right track or need to go in a different direction. The chance of you not liking the photos is thus reduced to a minimum. Should it happen that you don’t like the photos, please let me know directly during the shoot. We will find a way that you are happy with.

On request, you can receive your photos on high-quality art paper in the highest museum quality. The standard size is 15x23cm, but any other size is possible on request. All prints are supplied in an elegant, high-quality black dust jacket made from environmentally friendly cardboard.

You will receive your private photographs in digital form with a long edge of 1600 pixels. If you have commissioned a commercial photo shoot, you will receive the photos in the highest resolution as JPG files approx. 5000 pixels in size.

The question can be answered in much the same way as the question of how much a vacation or a house costs. It depends on what you want and what budget you want to invest. I have private clients with budgets of around €500 and others with budgets of around €2,500. I can make everyone happy. So it’s best to think about your budget and make an appointment to get to know me.
